- Installation as per design documents of control/on-off valves,Transmitters, Switches & Gauges for Pressure, Flow, Temperature and Level application, Safety Valves, junction boxes, cable laying & termination, cable tray work.
- Installation of DCS/PLC system hardware as per supplier documents & marshalling panel internal wiring and cable termination, F&G systems and field devices installation, termination & commissioning of transmitters , valves & other various field instruments
- Field Installation including cable laying, cable tray work, Junction boxes with stand, marshalling panels, instrument air/gas tubing and impulse piping work.
- Cable polarity checking, Testing, calibration & loop checking through fully trained technicians with following all pre-commissioning procedure.
- Project Management, Erection & Commissioning in Instrumentation Engineering, Maintenance & Troubleshooting functions, reliability improvement, and client-end detail engineering through trained engineers.
- Supply of Manpower like skilled Engineers, Technicians for installation and commissioning activities on deputation basis.
AMC/ARC for instruemntation –
- Supply of Manpower like skilled Engineers, Technicians for AMC/ARC for instrumentation activities.
- Having people with experience in AMC/ARC activities of Instrument & Electrical control systems in a diverse range of processes within any environment.
Shutdown activities -
- We provide assistance for shutdown activities of all size plants.
- Deputing Engineers, Supervisors, Instrument Technicians, skilled Fitters and Electricians with the relevant industry experience and competencies.
